The aim of Alameda is to create a beer that should balance acid, body, and oak, along with ripe stone fruit and citrus character. To achieve this, our golden sour stock sits in oak for a six to nine months, before being tasted, judged, and blended by our brewers. The barrels are then topped up, a la solera method, making this an ever evolving blend, and keeping the magic alive
